Can we add more controls to the DRIP?
For eg. lets say the campaign has 5000 phone numbers. But I want to send only 100 per day and only during certain times of the day.
The solution will become extremely robust if we add the following controls:
1. Daily Sending Hours
2. Daily Sending Limits
3. Frequency eg. send a message every 30 sec, 1 min, 5 min, 10 min, etc.
